I am Er. Anil Parajuli, the CEO of Bright Sun Company Pvt. Ltd.

It gives me immense pride and purpose to lead our company into a new era of growth, innovation, and excellence. Having witnessed this organization’s journey from its humble beginnings to its current stature, I carry forward not just a business, but a legacy built on hard work, integrity, and perseverance.

My father, Mr. Meg Bahadur Thapa Parajuli, founded this company in 2011 with vision, determination, and an unshakable belief in progress. From a zero turnover, he built an enterprise that today commands trust, respect, and a  good turnover —a reflection of years of consistent effort and resilience. Growing up, I have seen both the triumphs and the challenges that shaped our path. Each phase taught me the true meaning of leadership: to stand firm through uncertainty and to keep learning, improving, and moving forward.

From my early days helping on sites and assisting in small operational tasks, to completing my  Engineering and Masters Degree  and returning to contribute as a professional, I have always remained deeply connected to the heartbeat of this company. Every project, every success, and even every obstacle has been a learning experience that strengthened my commitment to build something greater.

Today, as I take on the responsibility of leading this company independently, my vision is clear — to establish our organization as the number one contracting company in the nation, recognized for quality, reliability, and innovation. With the strength of a dedicated team  — we are executing projects  and continuing to expand our horizons.

Our focus now is on building a systematic, well-structured organization guided by strong principles, transparent policies, and a collaborative spirit. We aim not only to deliver successful projects but also to create lasting value for our clients, communities, and employees.
